Liteboxer knocks out competitors with Clyde

The problem

Liteboxer's full-body interactive fitness platform creates a gamified workout experience, mirroring the exhilaration and motivation of having a real-life sparring partner. They evaluated several extended warranty providers in addition to Clyde. When asked about their decision, Chief Information Officer Daniel Snow explained that Clyde's nimble and sophisticated approach to strategy and execution would make for a strong partnership and opportunity for growth. The Solution

Liteboxer partnered with Clyde for our extensive warranty programs and capacity to keep subscribers punching while securing new revenue streams and cost mitigation over time. Since launching Clyde, Liteboxer has found that warranty buyers are 39% more likely to purchase an active paid membership, making Clyde customers some of their most valuable. 

Following their February 2022 launch of the Clyde + Affirm integration, which lets shoppers pay over time for their product and extended warranty, Liteboxer has seen contract attachment rates increase by 51% compared to the previous six months. "The seamless integration between Clyde and Affirm reduces friction by offering customers flexible financing paired with the peace of mind that their investment will be protected,” said Snow. 

Looking ahead, Liteboxer would like to continue to expand their program and partner with Clyde on the release of their new product, Liteboxer Go.
